Webb Simpson on Fitness

It is no secret that fitness is more popular on tour today than ever.  US Open champion Webb Simpson talks about his pre round warm up and some of the things he does to get ready to play.  On the PGA tour today the majority of tour players are hitting the Gym to prepare their body to be ready on the first tee. 

It is essential that you get your body moving before you even go to the driving range prior to your round of golf.  Webb talks about using medicine balls or even stretch bands as simple ways to warm up his golf muscles so that he is ready to play.
